Atlanta Center for Apologetics will lease and renovate
the current facilities of the American University of Biblical Studies. The entire aesthetics of the school will be changed
and there will be the addition of a 4,000 sq. ft. building. The school will continue to play a vital role in true
Biblical education and it will continue to point out and challenge the humanistic element that has been added to the true
redemption that is in Christ Jesus alone.
The
Study Center will be a place for Christians to become better equipped to speak with conviction about the reality of Christ’s
Lordship as they are encouraged to discover the unique claims of the Bible and historic Christian faith. Today, knowledge
of the Bible is lacking, as it is being instructed only to be read devotionally using favorite passages. However, understanding
of the passages is limited. Therefore, never having approached God's Word with a desire to know, enjoyment of life is
also limited or at best frustrated, and given to more of a platonic alternative to the Aristotelian emphasis in their field
of social study. ACA will seek to give answers to the most basic questions. At the center we will challenge the
Christian to move beyond simply bearing witness to his faith, through argument and personal anecdotal experiences, and to
reason through them, to give an answer for the hope that is in us. The study center must also be true to the infinite-personal;
living God or it will fail in its redemptive calling. The staff and board of ACA trust fully in the power of the Almighty
to plan and establish this work. We look to him to provide for all our needs, and to sustain us in all that we do. In all
our work, we seek to honor the name of Christ and to glorify the living God. Sola Christo, Soli Deo Gloria.
